Refund and Exchange Policy
We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased within the last 15 days EXCEPT for personalized and customized items. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Please follow these simple steps. We can only refund or replace once item is proven in good condition and has never been worn or used.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Email us at email@example.com with the information below.
- Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email).
- Items needed for refund.
- Reasons for refund.
- Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.
2. Send the items back via JRS or LBC branch delivery
3. Your refund will be processed in 24-48 hours after receiving the items on our office.
